Service area
We service eastern and southeast Melbourne. Other locations may be considered, with any additional travel included in your quote.
Confirming a booking
Your booking is confirmed once dates, pricing and requirements have been agreed in writing. Any deposit or payment dates will be clearly stated in your quote.
Weather plans
For outdoor bookings, we can discuss an indoor alternative or suitable rescheduling option if conditions are unsafe.
Changes or cancellation
Please contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be provided before the booking is confirmed.
Supervision
Organisation staff remain present and support supervision and behaviour management throughout the session.
